analog phone

Is there any easy way to connect an analog phone to a digital phone system?

Yes, you install an interface card/module in the phone system that provides POTS loops.

Depends. Some digital (term is open to interpretation) phone system can accept an analog phone (sans the button features) in the same port as a feature phone. Avaya's Partner is a good example. In others you really need to purchase an analog extension card, as suggested here, or a special interface device.
