VILLAGE OF OAK CREEK - Today, following reports of consistent outages in Frontier Communications' network in northern and eastern Arizona that have cut all communications - including to 911 - Congressman Tom O'Halleran (AZ-01) sent a letter to Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel calling for a full investigation into the outages in Frontier Communications' Network
