Today a post showed up on BroadbandReports.com that is worth reading even if you already know about VoIP. This is the sort of post that, when a non-techie-type friend or relative asks you about VoIP, you can point them here and it will lay out all the pros and cons of VoIP for them (the benefit to that is that it helps manage their expectations -- if they know EXACTLY what to expect, they're less likely to blame you if there's a hiccup in their service!).
