I have a Vista-32FB and VistaKey-SK installed and working!?!?!?! I have a HUGE problem though. Noone knows how to operate it. I am most interested in learning about the VistaKey-SK first as it is what controls how people enter and exit the office. I have downloaded the VistaKey-SK Access Control Starter Kit and read through a little of it. It looks like I need a User Code to do most of the operations. The problem is, I can't find the User Code for Master anywhere. Is there a way to reset it? Is there a default one that I might try? I don't even know how many characters it is. Also, when I first plug the VistaKey-SK Alarm System Control Panel I get lots of messages that I don't think are good. Some of them are "Fault 974 Dialer
1," Fault 011 ZN 011," "***DISARMED*** Zones in check," etc... Anyone know how to work this thing that can help? TIA.-Steven-
