Stay\Away not working and grayed out

I have a GEM P9600 security panel. All 3 of my keypads are GEM-K1CA. Iam using the quickloader software to configure.I can't get the stay\away feature to work. That is even though I havethe wanted motion detectors on interior bypass they are still activewhen arming with the stay button. When I look in the quickloaderprogram under, Keypad assignments - Keypad Features there is anoption: Enable Stay/Away ModeThis option is grayed out (though checked) - is this normal ??? Andhow do I ungray it? Or what the heck am I doing wrong?Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.\ThanksSteve

Wish I could get my job down to 50 hours a week. Ever since the latest changes in the website the phone's been ringing off the hook all day. We're working on the second site now. I'm almost ready to hire another salesman.

Heh... I bet they are, considering a lot of the equipment you're selling has been discontinued. Time to update your "DSC section" there Bobby. OH... I forgot... YOU consider DSC junk... Right...

Fix the first one, then "work" on the second. Make sure the salesman you hire is familiar with your abysmal BBB record.
