Pa. Bill 2008-132 will now require remodeling/ general contractors who do more than $500.00 in buisness at a customers residence to register with Pa attorney genrals office bureau of consumer protection and will have to meet various requirements including certain amounts of insurance proper contracts etc. This new law specifically requires security system installers to register as well.
