Just learned that the last day to register for CSPFA is December 19, 2005. Would like to know how this works. Does this mean the last day to take this exam is 12/19?
Can I set an exam date in Feb 2006 when I register by 12/19?

Lat day to register is last day to register.
You should be able to register (and pay) for a date in Feb. Check with your prometric office.
However, if you fail it, you wont be able to retake it.
Given that you are looking five months in the future before you are going to be ready to take the exam, you are probably better off studying for the new exam.
