Well it's finally programmed. I ended up defaulting the panel and programming from the keypad. It took a few hours, but everything tests fine. It's hooked to a CS and everything looks great. Thank you to everyone who helped me out with the manuals and advice. The 5530 modem did not work, not sure why that was. Thanks to everyone that sent me software. I would never have been able to do this project without the groups help. Thanks again.
