check a copy of NFPA book 72 for the suggested form items.. Often times a full collection of NFPA books can be found at a cities main Fire Station..

I have a copy of NFPA 72. I am getting tired of photocopying the pages and filling in the blanks. I was hoping someone would have it in a fillable PDF or Doc file. Then I can fill out the form on my computer and print it out.

Just run the form thru Adobe Form Designer and make it fillable on the computer.

If you don't have Acrobat Pro to make that form into a fillable pdf form, check the freebies; CutePDF, PrimoPDF maybe you can use one of them (not sure if they can create fillable forms...it's been a long time since I've used anything but Acrobat Pro).
