That was an old document from 2004. I guess when someone finally got off their ass and did their job and just didn't take Brinks word for it, they realized Brinks panels don't comply at all.

huh?..it's an old document?? doesn't that mean they were in compliance SINCE then?? and the original one that was posted was revised in feb of this year. how can you say they don't comply when both of these documents say otherwise??
