Radio / Wired bridge

Hello

I am searching for a wireless alarm system with a specific accessory.

This accessory is a wireless device which can be used to deport a wired zone. This device should allow to connect a loop (normally closed) sensor. In case of opening that loop, the device should transmit the intrusion to the wireless system.

It seems that very few alarm systems have this accessory, as standard or optional.

Do you know any ?

Honeywell 5816 transmitters do that and much more.

I don't know of any professional wireless alarm systems the DON'T do that.

I'd suggest that you stop looking at the Internet and retail available products and look at some of the professional lines. Napco is my first preference but there is Honeywell, Interlogix, Linear, DSC. Keep in mind however, that these systems are not documented for the DIY'er. The learning curve for the DIY'er using professional equipment is an important factor.

Thank you

You said it before I could.
