Any recommendations for storage of streaming video from a home security camera? I would like to store the video off-site so video captures can't be stolen along with my other stuff. I assume there are people offering this service today.

There are some DVRs setup to FTP video to a remote site. Just get a remote server that will let you FTP in and store files. I have a back door approach like that I use myself for my office.
