The software is called DL900 and soon Enterprise and I tried the Ademco CIA modem with it and it did work but never did any long term testing with it
Today i made a test connection with one NX4 control panel using Ademco CIA modem and it works perfect. Everytime the connection and the up/download was perfect. Also the 2 call answer phone defeat function works perfect. Tommorow i'll try to connect with NX8 just for a test, but as i saw today with NX4 i believe there would not be any problem at all with NX8 also.
