Need to setup a keyless entry system for an office

Any experts here on keyless entry?

I need to setup an office with 4 entry doors with keyless entry. This system will be timed to allow authorized employees entry only during normal business hours. Logging is a requirment, but not automatic time cards. Front door and rear door will have Weigand keypads + proximity card keyless entry. Two interior doors will have the card readers only.

There is an also alarm system but is isn't and need not be connected directly to the card reader board.

I'm looking at the Hartmann System. Any opinions as to ease of programming, installation, and reliability?

take a look at the Kantech system

with the ioprox type reader you should be ok

you can even integrate the system with an alarm system to implement that only some card can disarm the alarm and that the door will not unlock on there normal schedule if the alarm is armed..

3 kt 300 one entrapss special edition and a computer xp or 2000 on it with one serial port or if you want to use a usb to rs485 translater to communicate with the controlers..

every thing is controler controled so even if the software is not online it will still work perfectly

the software is well done stable and have enough feature to make you wonder what more stuff you can do with it..

it can even control remote site by tcp-ip or modem

for 4 doors you will only need 2 kt300 controllers.
