Need System Reccomendation

I need to put a system in my new home. I had a Power 832 in my last home, but what some different features this time. These include:


1) Internet connectivity / Web based setup
2) Dial my cell phone when alarm occurs and tell me problem
3) Email / Text message when alarm occurs and tell me problem
4) Dial in to arm/disarm
5) X10 control
6) Thermostat control

Does such a system exist?

Yes, mostly. Take a look at the ELK M1 Gold. It will do pretty much everything you want and a bunch more.
