i am looking for a lock, padlock/cablelock, that has a built in motion detector with a siren. anyone know where i might find such a device?

Try a "laptop theft alert" or "alarm" in "Google".

You might try posting this in "alt.locksmithing". So of them also do alarms and might be in a better position to know....
