I am trying to identify an alarm company which does busienss in the Chicagoland area.
They claim to have a license, possibly a city electrical license, that follows this format: #ECC-12345.
Can anyone identify the issuing agency of such a license, and their web address?

My Chicago guy will be back in tomarrow morning. I'll see if he recognizes this and since he is licensed there, he will probably know the rest.
