By default any user above 32 is set for partition 2 access, it sounds like they need to change each to partition 1. Codes just don't stop working like they claim
Master Code + 8 + User + # + 3 + 0 + Partition + #
(You'd think they'd make that simpler)
Only other possibility is they are setting them up as babysitter codes which won't work if a different code armed beforehand but I doubt that's the case.
