Optivity Telephony Manager Data Entry (OTM)
-Consultant is required to perform the following data entry tasks
-Data is obtained from varies spreadsheets and input into OTM
-Build a Customer System to ensure the information is defined to proceed with Station Administration. Defines the system properties, communication parameters, System Data, Packages, applications, features, numbering plan, DID ranges, List Manager
-Enters the Station information and customizes the keys, CPND data block, Creates templates for varies telephone sets and customizes the keys
-Enters the hardware requirements for the M1 system
-Validate Data
-Creates a System Base to perform system Retrievals, Global Changes and transmits data to the M1
-Runs and manipulates reports
Skill Requirements
Strong technical knowledge of voice product lines (Network and Premise Based) Strong PC skills (Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Browsers, Networking) Computer Telephony Integration (Basic) Strong customer service orientation Must be a self starter and highly motivated to go beyond expectations Strong multitasking skills Strong tram player Open to and can adapt well to change
