Norstar Remote Access Device

Jan 26, 2007 2 Replies

I have a Norstar remote Access Device, NT8B80AB which accepts a power plug (RJ11) on the underside of the unit. I have found a power supply for it from Northern Telecom - however I do not know and have not found any documentation on the wiring of the plug. It is a standard RJ11 with only four contacts - ANY information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks In Advance (TIA) Bruce

Hint;

Pretend that it's a station.

it connects the same as any other digital phone on the system.

It's called a Fastrad. Requires a power transformer. There is a small round socket on same side as rj11. Rj11 connects to a digital port. Setup 9** Transfer into RAD 9*0
