At what voltage of the battery is minimal? Currently have a dead 616DS and battery is 3.85volts.

I believe that is a memory capacitor not a battery. It should be replaced since the life of that part is generally 5-6 years.

Even if the KSU has been rebuilt and a new capacitor put in place, a memory capacitor is for short term retention only. It will not hold memory indefinitely. That's why Oneac made the Rydon series UPS for the 6x16 and
8x24 KSUs.
