MICS with Call pilot and multiple tenants

I am working with a MICS with Call Pilot. The system has approx. 40 extensions. The system is divided, serving 2 separate custumers. The

1st half that uses ext 221 as its attandent is working fine, as is the Call Pilot (they have have 6 LS/DS trunks lines 1 thru 32 of the system).

The 2nd customer has has 3 LS/DS trunks, lines 33 thru 35, for which ext 223 is programed as the Prime Set. All lines for the 2nd customer Appear and RIng on all extensions for the 2nd customer. All sets for the second customer are set to Call Forward No Answer to Voice Mail after 4 rings. All external calls for the 3 assigned trunks are currently going to ext 227's voice mail after 4 rings instead of the Prime Set 223. How can I designate the voice mail box of ext 223, the Prime Set, to pick up all un answered trunk lines (33 thru 35) without adjusting the number of rings for Call Forward No Answer?
