I am trying to log onto Element manager but i keep getting an error web4008 no idle TTY channels available can anyone help? Thanks

Check if you got PTY ports configured in the callserver. LD 22 prt, adan tty
If you dont have them, create them in LD 17 chg adan new tty 14 type pty .....etc..
look if they are not locked up LD 37 stat tty
the ouput for the pty should be dsbl example TTY 14 : DSBL DES: OTMmaint TTY 15 : DSBL DES: OTMmaint
If you they are ENBL check if somebody is logged in. an INI can free locked-up PTY-ports.
