We have a Norstar customer who wishes to use the out call capability of his contact management software. In an analog environment this works by connecting the phone line to the computer's modem, and then connecting the telephone to the computer. Obviously this will not work with any sort of digital set. Is there some sort of device which could be connected to the computer to do this using a Norstar set?
