Yes you can run both Contivity VPN and the Cisco VPN software from the same PC. I had the same problem for months.
I found you needed to use later versions for them to coexist. Use Cisco client 4.0.3(f) or higher and Contivity client 4.91d or higher. I use v6.01 of the Contivity client and 4.6 of Cisco. I believe it is also beneficial to load Contivity first. My OS is XP; that also might make a diffierence. I had both clients working on a PC with W2K.
