Can CP 100 on a CICS 1.0 have hunt groups?

We want to have the callers press 1 for sales, 2 for service, etc, with the calls then ringing groups of 2-3 phones in sales, service, etc.

We've been told that we have to upgrade, but I'm not so sure.
