BCM Media Module power board on back.

Just purchased a CTM4 off ebay and it's mising the small pcb at the back to convert the 4 pin power plug and DS256 into the backplane connector for use on a BCM1000. The module is working I've tested it by connecting it directly with the BCM's cover removed.

Anyone any idea where I can get one of these adaptor pcb's or if it has a part number so I can search for it on google.

They are permanently attached to the bottom plate of type 2 modules. I've removed bottom plates from dead modules to get the older type 1 modules to work but I don't think they are available separate from the unit.
