Recording All Calls

I have a customer with a Compact ICS, software version 7.0, using 5 lines. He would like to record all phone calls so he can review each call, transcribe it to a word document and end up making his own faq from the info he gleans from the recorded conversations.

Is this possible with a Call Pilot 100? Or what other device would work for this?

Use Feature 987 to record the call into the phone's mailbox. Make sure that the mailbox has enough message time (in the Class of Service) to accept the recording and that Call Record is enabled in the System Properties.
