Call Pilot 100 desktop messaging

Jun 28, 2006 2 Replies

I am running Desktop Client 2.50.06.27 with a Call Pilot 100 on a CICS.

Seems to cause hanging problems when tested with the Beta of Outlook

2007.

First message comes in just fine but no others - deleting a message from the desktop works fine, but then no further features of Nortel desktop messaging seem to work.

I guess Nortel will say it's not certified for Office 2007 yet. I guess it will take them forever as it did to run their software on Windows XP.

I think I have the latest release of the desktop clients......

Since this is beta testing, you could try to run the lastest release of Unified Messaging.

CallPilot Desktop Client v4.04.04.12

You can download this on the nortel site if you have access. They released this at the end of March this year.

Yup I do have access to download from nortel.com However is this not the version for the Meridian 1 / Sucecssion version of Call Pilot?

I am using Call Pilot 100 - now known as Messaging 100 which is for the Norstar systems.

Do you know if the full version of the desktop messaging client will work?

Regards
