Seems like I have been getting a high number of out of the box failure T-series sets, bad handsets, damaged displays and numerous other things. I have had more bad T-series sets in the last year; then in the past 15 years with M-series sets. Anyone else having the same problem?

Yes, There are pieces of crap. All Nortel equipment that is Made In Mexico is getting to be Junk. The Made in Canada equipment was 100% better.
