wireless thermostat?

Sep 02, 2006 2 Replies

Hi: I am looking for a modern thermostat control for a heat pump. One that logs run time, temperature vs. time of day etc. and can be controlled remotely. I want one that can be communicated with remotely (such as wireless LAN).

Anything close to that available now?

thanks, russ

Have you taken a look at Control4? Their products all talk over wireless or standard ethernet. Might be something you can use.

Proliphix has some IP based thermos. If you are looking to go further and get an automation system into place, then that opens up all of the controlled devices to remote access via the automation system. Our product is one such option.
