Homeautomation via Ethernet

So why waste our time by then spamming us about it? That's not what newsgroups are for, at least not this one.

Cool, now what are you going to do with it? Seems to have potential, what are its possible uses? How can I use it with my new touch screen system? I have been looking for remote monitoring capabilities on Cat5e cable, will this willingly work past 100 meters? Or over long run adapters that drop it to "dsl" and back up?

Why waste time and money on something like this when you can buy an embedded

186 with Ethernet and have far more power and flexibility for less cost?

We're just shipping a product with this little rodent. It's pretty slick, for its size and cost.
