I just installed the Free Zone Alarm version. What I'd like to do is setup a certain program to allow downloading but not uploading. Is this possible? If not, do the upgrade versions allow for this?

Check the Program Control Tab in the interface. Allow Access and Server permissions there. Access the ?Help File from the upper-right corner of any page.
