VPNs Down After Swapping one Sonicwall for Another

Sorry for the long-winded post. Scenario: Sonicwall Pro on it's own DSL connection configd for a 192.168.xxx.xxx LAN address with several VPNs configured for client access. All working fine. Within the same office is a 10.10.xxx.xxx network on another DSL->Cisco router servicing office computers. Working fine. In an attempt to move the

192.168. network to the 10.10. network, I have take a spare Sonicwall ProVX and loaded it with same firmware (6.5.0.4) and the exported settings from the Sonicwall Pro, changed the LAN ip to be 10.10.xxx.xxx, left the WAN ip the same (for now) and connected the WAN cable to the WAN port. LAN port is also connected. PCs that point their gateway to the ProVX have internet access but the VPNs will not connect. The log on initiator has entries of NO_PROPOSAL_CHOSEN which apparently indicates configuration diffs in the SA. The log on the responder has entries of PROPOSAL NOT ACCEPTABLE. No changes have been made to the VPN configs, only the LAN ip address was changed prior to the cables being moved. The modem and Sonicwall was reset also. If the spare ProVX is configured with the same LAN ip address as the Pro, the VPNs come up just fine. What's up with that?
