Symantec VPN problem

Hi,

I am connecting to a symantec VPN using their client software. I am behind a firewall and the VPN client software shows me as connected but i can't ping any of the remote networks computers. they are not visible. I need to access their sql server using its LAN's IP. Any ideas?

Check the VPN firewall rules on the clients remote side.
