I am not for sure if I understand your questions or not, but yes you can create a rule that denies everything. Are you wanting to deny everything coming in or going out?

Does anyone know whether the rule of Sonicwall Pro 200 can default denies everything?

Sam, that's the normal method, all firewalls (not those home user routers) allow this method. Pix just makes it harder to see/setup of you don't know Pix commands.
I want to deny everything coming first, then gradually allow specific services to be passed in and keep state. It allows everything goes out.
