NAting and Port forwarding

Hello there..

My setup is NG FP 3 running on a Windows 2003 Server. I have class "A" IP address supplied to me via my ISP.

Because of having class "A" IP addresses on my network I dont have nat-ing, so how can I setup port forwarding??? Any help will be very useful.

Thanks again...

Since the introduction of CIDR there are no classes anymore.

Huh? NAT isn't limited to any address ranges or combinations of those.

Hi I dont have Windows Box (i do it with IPTABLES on Linux Box) to make the control in my Intranet but i have some items to help you:

1.) You should make NAT to give you a better control to your HOSTS. A subnet to Internet and another subnet to the Intranet. 2.) When you separate Internet and Intranet you can write some FORWARD rules (your box should act as a router, your NICs knows the network structure using his IP routing table).

If you have any question please let me know, Pirro
