Has anyone any recommendations for a Linux router. There seem to be many around now! In particular, I want to be able to stop Skype (which requires packet inspection) and otherwise restrict users to using a few well known ports. I also want to be able to give out quotas, either preferably an amount per day (a sort of daily capping!) or restrict access times to a period. I've got an old machine which I can use exclusively for this task.
