I have been using WebWasher Classic and AdMucher for quite some time now. No problems at all. Today, I installed the trial version of Kerio Personal Firewall. it also is capable of filtering/blocking advertisements and cookies. I especially like the fact that Kerio can block ActiveX.
However, when I run WebWasher and/or Admuncher, the content- and cookie filtering of Kerio stops working. I tried it with just WebWasher, just Admuncher, and both of the at the same time. So, when I have Kerio running with WW and/or AM, I can see ActiveX content, and no cookies are blocked by Kerio.
This is annoying. Can anyone give a solution, other than giving up WW and AM?
