OK nobody else has responded, here are some I came up with from the ISC:
Virus and Malware Status Sites Shadowserver Symantec McAfee Trend Micro Sophos F-Secure Virus Total (multi virus scanner) Other Security Status Sites SANS Forensics US-CERT CERT Coordination Center Security Focus Microsoft Infosyssec ISP Contact info
I'd like to know more though if someone wants to add good sites.
