Convert from Watchguard to IPCop

We will be replacing a Watchguard firewall with an IPCop box in the future. Are there any tools to convert some of the Watchguard rules to iptables format for use with IPCop?

I would have never thought to see anyone give up a WG firewall for IPCop, why if you don't mind my asking?

On going support price mainly. Plus the Windows interface is unwieldy. It is very flexible yes, but IPCop will serve us just fine at very little cost.
