Cisco IOS firewall / VPN access problem

I have a cico 2611XM with firewall feature set and have configured it to allow VPN access with a pool of IP addresses. Currently I am able to VPN into my private network but not able to manage the Cisco Router Over the vpn tunnel. Please help
