Hello does anyone know of any of this cheap router dlink/linksys or something similar that can do hub and spoke? thanks.

The Linksys BEFVP41 unit can do 20 IPSec tunnels.
Each LAN has to be a different IP RANGE.
For each spoke to see the other, you would need a VPN from spoke a to spoke b, then spoke a to spoke c, then a to d.... Then you would need one from b to c, b to d....
If you only need to remote sites to see the hub, then it's just a H to A, H to B, H to C....
