Is tht possible to block kazaa by sending the TCP reset packet to particular tcp kazaa packet..

I had already done lots of searching on google. I am using ehterial for packet sniffing. n i am comming lots of udp,tcp,http packets for kazza. but for which packet should i send tcp reset packet. plz help me..this is blocking issue for me..
