Hi there, I have Pix Firewall 6.2(1) and Cisco VPN client 4.0c. Some clients are not able to connect using their home ISPs. Is it a problem with ISP or Pix firewall configuration, where should I look at? It is not the username/password, not the computer, not the VPN client, I eliminated them already. Thanks a lot, Calin

Sorry I didn't respond sooner. I suppose it could still be the ISP blocking another port, like 10000, but I'd expect blocks to target port
500. Perhaps some> Hi Tad,
Try to turn on logging (level=3) on client. There you should see whether connection was established, and if so what happens [or does not happen] next.
Try to decrease MTU on client computer to 1400 (or even less).
