video conferencing using Cisco 1811 and Polycom video conference

Hi,

I can make out bound calls using my video conference unit a Polycom Viewstation but I can not recieve calls. My router is a cisco 1811. What sort of things do I need to be looking for in the config? I do not see any packets being dropped.

Any ideas gratefully accepted.
