username problem

hello, i want to set username and password for telnet with cisco switch



2950. but there is only password setting with "enable password" or "enable secret" commands. what can i do? please help me.

conf t username cisco priv 15 password cisco line vty 0 4 login local ====that will take care of the telnet====== line con 0 login local ip http auth local =====will take care of the console port and web interface=====
