traceroute loop on a host with a 1 second delta between lines

Hi

i have a traceroute which loop on the same host with a 1 second delay between each lines

6 xxxxx 983ms
7 xxxxx 19000 ms
8 xxxxx 29000 ms
9 xxxxx 39000 ms

• * *

i don t know the distant network (operators who don t want to show it)

i think it s a well known probleme with that output, but i d like to have your opinion
