Hi on our cat 6000's we get a lot of these messages:
%MLS_STAT-SP-4-IP_LEN_ERR: MAC/IP length inconsistencies %MLS_STAT-SP-4-IP_TOO_SHRT: Too short IP packets received
I know why they are being caused and we can't stop it, all i want to do is stop them from filling up the logs. this command: "no mls verify ip length" which cisco.com says to use is not available on this platform.
we are running this code:
IOS (tm) c6sup1_rp Software (c6sup1_rp-PSV-M), Version 12.1(13)E17, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
is there a way to stop these messages?
