Hi,
I read somewhere that I could some VPN feature on a Cisco SOHO97. I try it on a SOHO 97 with some ios 12.3(2)XC , 12.3(8)YG2 , 12.3(11)T5 but the VPN feature seems to be unavailable in that version of IOS.
I want to know which VPN feature is available and which IOS support VPN.

According to the Feature Navigator, all the versions you named support IPSec on the SOHO97, provided you have the IP/FW 3DES feature set (which is the only feature set available for the SOHO97 for the first and last of those versions.)
